October 2012 - JDP wins CIBSE Employer of the Year Award 2012

Not only was JDP judged to be the CIBSE Employer of the Year for companies with less than 50 employees (having been nominated by David Mather, one of our young Engineers), but also when compared to the winner of the medium-sized Employer of the Year (Max Fordham) and large Employer of the Year (AECOM), we were awarded overall CIBSE Employer of the Year.

Nigel White, MD of JDP, commented: "To offer the skills to best serve our clients and the design team, JDP invests in the development of our Engineers through internal training, formal education and an Advanced Apprenticeship programme.  To encourage the next generation to consider Engineering as a career, one of our young Engineers, who is a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) Ambassador, works with local schools".
