The Directors of JDP are delighted to announce that as of 30th June 2021, the total shareholding of the company was transferred to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). This will safeguard the culture that JDP has built over the last 50 years: providing value to clients through practical and efficient designs and advice, providing a working environment that nurtures development and job satisfaction. The day-to-day management of the business will continue to be led by the current Directors, with a Board of Trustees created to oversee the direction of the company and which will enable and encourage all employees to be more active in contributing to the growth of the practice.
