August 2015 - JDP Short-listed for Employer of the Year

We are delighted to announce that JDP has been short-listed by CIBSE in the Employer of the Year Award section of this year's Young Engineers Awards. 2015 is a very significant year for JDP as it marks the realisation of our investment in the development of an accredited Apprenticeship Scheme. Four years ago, in 2011, we linked up with the Engineering Trust to develop a structured training scheme to enable us to encourage school leavers to enter the world of Building Services Engineering. In June this year, our first Apprentice, Josh Douglas, completed his Advanced Engineering Apprenticeship, Tom Griffiths is half way through his four years of Apprenticeship and Daniel Webb has just joined us to start his Apprenticeship, thereby continuing the process.
